Rest

Sometimes our bodies and spirits are in need of retreating to a quiet place where we can rest, reflect and restore what feels depleted. As woman, our lives are filled with many roles and responsiblities which can feel overwhelming and leave us little time to “just breathe” in our own homes.  Whether you are a Mom who just needs a break to hear yourself think and take a quiet nap, or you want to curl up with a cozy blanket and read a good book, spend time reconnecting with God, let yourself have a healing cry, pray or just light scented candles and listen to great music in solitude….. these beautiful places in our community are offered for your spiritual , emotional and physical rest.
